A classic recipe that works with any favourite honey variety!

Ingredients

1/3 cup caster sugar
90g butter
1 tbl honey
4 cups Corn Flakes

Directions

Pre heat oven to 150°C
Line a 24 cup cake tray with patty cases
Combine sugar, butter and honey in a large saucepan and melt until frothy
Turn off heat and add Corn Flakes and mix through well
Divide mixture into patty cases and bake at 150°C for 10 minutes
Let cool and enjoy!
