Only possible to see from a distance due to their height (these are the tallest flowering trees on Earth) they yield a dark and mysterious nectar that our bees use to create the Eucalyptus honey. Eucalyptus honey has a primal earthy depth and complexity, malty and bittersweet with woody tannin notes.

Best paired with other earthy flavours, Eucalyptus honey is perfect in a stir fry or simply in hot water with lemon to ease congestion.
