Propolis is a plant derived resinous substance collected by honey bees. The resin contains essential oils, vitamins, minerals, pollen and beeswax. Propolis contains antioxidant properties which assists in reducing free radical damage to body cells.
Propolis is traditionally known for its smoothing activity.
Directions for adults only:
Oral – Dilute 5-10 drops of Propolis liquid in 30ml of water 2 times daily.
Topical – Swap the affected area with a Propolis liquid soaked cotton bud up to 3 times daily.
WARNING: Propolis may cause allergic reactions. Test on skin before use. If irritation or swelling of the mouth, throat or skin occurs, discontinue use.
